By accessing the php77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by php77, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your continued use of the php77 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. php77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements cannot be verified. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility are void and will be forfeited.

To access real-money games and services on php77, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) php77 account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. php77 uses automated and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All accounts associated with the individual will be suspended;
• All balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all accounts will be voided and forfeited;
• The individual will be permanently barred from re-registering on the platform.

php77 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving withdrawals or granting full account access. KYC may require submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address or payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

php77 will never request your password via email, SMS, social media, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from php77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify php77 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account. php77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and transactions made — will be attributed to and remain the responsibility of the registered account holder.

php77 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA can be activated through your account security settings and requires verification via OTP for each new login session.

php77 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank Online. php77 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and are displayed at the point of deposit within your php77 account wallet. These limits may be adjusted by php77 from time to time. Responsible gaming deposit limits set by the player in their account settings will override standard platform limits.

By initiating a deposit, you confirm that:

• You are the lawful owner of the payment method used;
• The funds deposited are not the proceeds of any criminal activity;

php77 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. php77 has no control over and takes no responsibility for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Before processing your first withdrawal, php77 requires completion of the KYC verification process as described in Section 3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes from the point of approval by php77:

• GCash and PayMaya: Within 15 minutes during normal operating hours;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank: Within 1–3 banking hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time);
• During peak periods or system maintenance: Processing times may be extended. php77 will notify affected players via account notification.

php77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your wallet settings. php77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

php77 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotion description, including but not limited to: eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates.

General conditions applicable to all php77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• php77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if it is determined to have been claimed in bad faith or in contravention of these Terms;

• In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or abuse of refer-a-friend programmes — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

The rules of each game available on php77 are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. php77 does not accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted by trained live dealers in licensed studio environments. php77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account. php77 shall not be liable for any winnings or losses that arise as a result of a technical malfunction.

For sports betting markets, all bets are governed by the applicable sports betting rules detailed within the php77 sportsbook section. php77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been corrupted by match-fixing, or where the odds were clearly published in error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any other form of coordinated cheating;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an account;
• Conducting transactions that are, or may constitute, money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or account security measures.

php77 employs automated fraud detection and security monitoring systems. Suspicious account activity will be investigated and may result in account restriction or suspension pending the outcome of the investigation. During any investigation, withdrawals from the affected account may be placed on hold.

php77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. In accordance with this commitment, php77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the php77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works based on any platform content;
• Use any php77 branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising in connection with your use of the platform;
• Any loss resulting from a technical error, system outage, data corruption, or interruption of service;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other third-party services integrated into the php77 platform.

php77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. php77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

php77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• A valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Detection of underage gambling;
• Compliance with applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing obligations;
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the php77 support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees charged by your payment provider, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will have all associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals forfeited. php77 is not obligated to provide a reason for account termination in cases involving suspected fraud or where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact the php77 customer support team to attempt an informal resolution of the dispute. php77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute raised in good faith within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within this period may be escalated to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or adjudicatory authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

php77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via notification within the php77 platform and/or via email to the registered account address, where reasonably practicable. The amended Terms will take effect upon publication on the php77 website, unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the php77 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
